Congratulations on the fulfillment of another academic year. Hope all is well during your summer break, and I hope am catching someone who is active before the start of 2008-2009.
I am writing on behalf of Filipino American Service Group, Inc. located in Historic Filipinotown, CA. we are a non-profit community-based social advocacy group seeking assistance in FilVote 2008:Next Up! FilVote is a non-partisan voter registration drive with the intention of increasing the numbers and percentages of the FilAm electorate.
Filipinos between 18 and 25 years of age are the least likely to vote in the FilAm community according to official registrars. It is imperative establish a lasting legacy for future generations which demonstrates continued growth in voter participation, and political influence.
Please respond to this correspondence, or call FASGI at 213-487-9804 at your earliest convenience. The most difficult task is initiative, but we are aiming towards an end-of-July Teleconference with all those student organizations across Southern California committed to this project. Rest assured that your cooperation is crucial to the advancement of this particular movement.
Thank You for your time and patience.
Sincerely,
